Leonid Kolumbet (born October 14, 1937) is a former Soviet cyclist.[1]
He is Jewish, and was born in Horenychi, Kiev, Ukraine.[1][2][3] His brother is fellow Olympian Mykola Kolumbet.[2] He rode with Spartak Kyiv, in Kiev in Ukraine.[2]
He won a bronze medal at the 1960 Olympics in Rome in the 4,000 meter team pursuit.[1]
He won the USSR National Championship, Road, Amateurs, in 1953 and 1954, and came in third in 1956.[4] He also came in third in 1956 in the General Classification Závod Míru.[4] In 1962 and 1963, he came in third in the World Championship, Track, Team Pursuit, Amateurs.[4]
